![]() ![]() Interrogation of Draft Rules of Court with a view of validating them.The following were the key objectives of the Workshop: ![]() Among the stakeholders who attended the workshop was representation from Judiciary, Office of the Attorney-General, Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA), Kenya Police Service, Institute for Security Studies (ISS), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and International Commission of Jurists-Kenya (ICJ). ![]() The workshop themed ‘ Access to Justice’ brought together representatives from membership of the National Council on Administration of Justice (NCAJ) and who are major stakeholders in effective and efficient administration of justice system in Kenya. The workshop, co-hosted by the Judiciary, International Commission of Jurists-Kenya (ICJ) and the Witness Protection Agency (WPA) had the main goal of validating the ‘Witness Protection Draft Rules of Court’ for possible adoption and implementation by the Judiciary in Kenya. Kenya Law attended a ‘Witness Protection Rules of Court Validation Workshop’ held on 24th October, 2014 at Laico Regency Hotel, Nairobi. ![]()
